Boosted Pressure Systems
Boosted Pressure Systems for the Food & Beverage Industry
Sani-Matic's Impact RFS, Boosted Pressure Systems, and Central High Pressure (CHP) Systems are designed and manufactured to efficiently and effectively clean your facility and process equipment with the appropriate amount of pressure. Not enough pressure makes cleaning slow and wastes large volumes of water, however, too much pressure can damage process equipment and control cabinets, and create aerosols which may recontaminate surfaces. Our staff of industry professionals will assist in evaluating your plant layout, residue conditions, and cleaning program to help determine the best overall solution for your long-term production needs.
Growing concerns over product and operator safety has put increased pressure on our food and beverage customers to invest in technology to ensure their production area is cleaned effectively and consistently. Sani-Matic’s Impact RFS, Boosted Pressure and Central High Pressure (CHP) Systems provide a long-term solution that will improve cleaning, promote worker safety, and also reduce labor, utility and maintenance costs.
Impact RFS and Boosted Pressure Applications include:
Dairy/Beverage/Brewery/Bakery/Confectionary/Distilleries/Smokehouses/ Meat & Poultry/Snack Foods/Sauces/Slurries/Platforms
Impact RFS and Boosted Pressure Equipment cleaned:
Fillers/Mixers/Blenders/Conveyors/Totes/Walls/Equipment Exteriors/Floors/ Spiral and I-Line Freezers

Central High Pressure Systems
Central High Pressure Systems for the Food & Beverage Industry
Sani-Matic Central High Pressure (CHP) systems are custom designed to efficiently clean facilities and process equipment by supplying consistent pressure and the appropriate amount of water flow to multiple drop stations operating throughout the facility. Every CHP system is sized to the flow requirements of each drop station, which are appropriately located throughout the plant based on application needs. Drop station configurations are available in rinse only, rinse/foam, and rinse/foam/sanitize. CHP systems come standard with a single pump design, but a dual pump can be added to reduce the amount of power consumption and minimize wear on the pump.

Standard Features
- Stainless steel skid-mounted surge tank
- Automatic temperature and water level controls with alarm and shutdown
- In-Tank steam heating - direct steam injection
- Drop stations available in:
- Rinse Only
- Rinse/Foam
- Rinse/Foam/Sanitize
- Chemical metering tips for chemical control
- Components including spray guns, foaming wands, hoses and hose racks
Options:
- Soft starter motor starter assembly
- Additional pumps for any system
- PLC controls with control interface
- Natural gas or electric immersion heating
- Shell and tube steam heat exchanger

Impact RFS
Impact RFS for the Food & Beverage Industry
Sani-Matic’s patented Impact RFS™ system will clean your facility and process equipment effectively and efficiently with an integrated solution that is reliable and easy to use for your operators. “More is better” is not always true. More chemical, more water, very high pressures can all be dangerous for your people and equipment, and often just waste money without really improving cleaning effectiveness or speed. Sani-Matic will assist you in evaluating your plant layout, soil conditions and cleaning program to determine the best overall solution.
RFS Booster Systems
Boost incoming water pressure by 300 psi (or specified) to ensure proper cleaning impact for every hose gun operator on-demand. Either install centrally or locally in each process area. The system is compact, reliable and low maintenance.
Grundfos multi-staged centrifugal pumps are sized to serve the number of operators using hoses simultaneously, sensors automatically turn on the boosters, and time delay shutdown conserves energy.
RFS Station
Wall mounted drop station for a single hose gun operator, each station integrates chemical safely and uses one common hose with interchangeable nozzles for Rinse/Foam/Sanitize processes.
Water is supplied directly from the system. Easy to use symbols and durable construction ensures reliable long term performance. |
