Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) for the Bio-Pharm Industry
Each Sani-Matic COP washer comes with our exclusively designed sanitary jet manifolds, which are fully welded and machined to eliminate unsanitary crevices and create consistent, high velocity jet flow. Angled side jets create circular turbulent flow side to side while end jets create turbulent flow lengthwise, which is ideal for cleaning piping and hoses. User-friendly selector valves allow easy changeover from side-jet to end-jet flow.

Sani-Matic Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) Fully Automatic Washers allow precise cleaning with controls consisting of PLC with operator interface, sequenced cleaning cycles, motor starter disconnect, temperature controls, and conductivity analyzer. The system conductivity analyzer provides both automated chemical addition with chemical pumps as well as final rinse verification. Controls consisting of motor starter disconnect with digital run timer, on-off switch, and timed pump start and stop allow for a variety of cleaning options. Automated temperature control and chemical addition reduce operator handling and increase efficiency. Sani-Matic’s Semi-Automatic Clean-Out-of-Place Washers also offer final rinse verification utilizing a system conductivity analyzer.
